Shipping policy

Shipping
We currently ship to ONLY addresses within the United States. All products are shipped from growers and suppliers in the USA. Many of our growers are in Florida and California where the weather is conducive to outdoor plant growth. Our growers strive to pack and ship all orders within 5-10 business days, but their timing depends on order volume, weather, and other contributing factors. Shipping times then take an additional 5-10 days, depending on carrier timing. Due to grower shipping procedures, we're unable to provide a tracking number with all orders. 

Change/Cancellation
Due to our supply chain ordering process, we are unable to change or cancel any orders after they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Cold-weather considerations
If you live in a location where the weather gets close to or below freezing, we recommend including a winter-weather/cold-weather pack with your order. This can help prevent cold-weather damage, but is not a guarantee. We are not responsible for cold-weather damage of plants, so please order at your own risk during the winter months.

Delivery Delays
We ensure all plants are in excellent condition before they ship. Based on recent shipping volumes, carriers are not guaranteeing delivery dates. We are not responsible for any damage or loss due to carrier delays.
